The February 2010 recipients are:  Lynda Willings, West Elementary – Lisa Harris, Alton Middle School – Carolyn Hinton-Jackson, Alton High School – Rose Lammers and Kathy DeWitt, Volunteers and JoAnne Clark, District at Large.
