Pepsi has generously offered to give back to communities through their Refresh Everything campaign.  They offer grants to communities ranging from $5,000 to $250,000 each month for the entire year!  Alton has applied for two different grants and is in the running for February funding.  The first $50,000 grant is entitled “Rock the Park!  Refresh the Courts!” which seeks to revitalize the tennis courts at Rock Springs Park.  Refreshing these courts will enable the Alton Middle School students, and the community at large, build fitness through tennis.  The website to vote for this grant is:
