Educational Foundation > Welcome
The Alton Educational Foundation was established in 2001 to complement and enhance the opportunities of students and staff within the Alton School District. The foundation can provide support and resources for programs not usually financed with tax dollars.
Objectives of the Alton Educational Foundation
- Provide funds for programs such as scholarships and grants, which are beyond the financial resources of the school district.
- Encourage excellence in learning through creative teaching.
- Promote interaction between our schools and our communities.
- Create and facilitate new opportunities for underserved areas of education.

There are many ways to support the Foundation including donations and fundraisers. Currently, the Foundation is selling additional brick pavers to be placed at Alton High School.
