Summer Camp Announcements
Alton Redbirds Baseball
Summer Camp 2009 Grades 3-8
Calling all baseball players! Summer Camp 2009 is just around the corner. Join Coach Haug and his staff for three days this summer to help improve your pitching, fielding, and batting skills. All campers wil receive a camp T-Shirt.
COST: $45.00 per participant ( Checks payable to Alton High Baseball)
Dates: June 16 & 18 (1:00 - 4:00 p.m.) Also, June 19 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
*Registration: You may mail your registration form and payment to Alton High School, attention Coach Salanitro or you may resigter in person from 1:00 - 1:30 p.m. on June 16.
*Campers should be dressed in appropriate baseball attire and bring their equipment they wish to use. Also, attendees should have a bottle of water each day of the camp.

Who: Grades K-8
When: June 8,9,10,11(Mon, Tues, Wed. Thurs.)
ALL welcome to attend!! Regardless of experience.
$30.00 if pre-reg., - $35.00 at the door.

ALTON REDBIRD FRESHMAN GOLF CLINIC
Incoming Alton High Freshman Golf Clinic at Rolling Hills starting on July 13 - 29
Every Monday & Wednesday from 12:00 - (2:00 est). $40 per player includes instruction from JV Coach Zack Deeder & girls coach Carey Cappel, play on the par 3 course and prizes for contests.
(Times subject to change, RHGC pro-shop or Zack Deeder will have more info nearing after July 4th)
ALTON REDBIRD BOYS BASKETBALL CAMP
Grades 3 -9
Our boys basketball camp dates are for June 8-11 for incoming grades 3-9. Our times are from 5:30-7:30 p.m. and camp cost is $30. Campers will receive a t-shirt and registration for camp is at 5p.m. on June 8. Camp forms available at North Elementary or AHS.
Checks payable to Alton Boys Basketball. Camp is at AHS. Camp Director is Layne Bennett, head boys basketball coach at AHS.

Cost $45 per player
AHS Athletic Event – Attendance Policy
The AHS Winter Athletic season kicks off next Monday with the Varsity Girls’ Basketball Tournament and continues the following week with the Varsity Boys’ Basketball Tournament. Underclass games & Wrestling matches will begin soon as well. Thank you for your help in making Alton High athletic events a safe and enjoyable time for everyone. AHS Athletic Event – Attendance Policy HS students: Must have your student ID to receive the student rate. Redbird Nest: Must have your membership card and wear Redbird Nest t-shirt to get in free. MS & Elementary students: Must remain with an adult/chaperone throughout the game.
