      Alton School District Kindergarten Enrollment and Readiness Skills Inventory

           When: Thursday, April 22, 2010, 2:00-7:00 pm

           Where: Administration Center Special Education Building

                       (1854 Rear East Broadway)

What to bring: Parents/Leagal Guardians must bring a certified copy of the child's birth certificate,

                        two (2) Proofs of residency (trash, electric/gas, home phone bill, dated                           rentalor lease agreement: morgage payment statement or coupon, State-issed                                  photo I.D. (parent), and available health records

New This Year: Child must be present to complete the Kindergarten Readiness Skills   

                                                         Inventory

                         All students must complete the Inventory prior to the beginning of the 2010-2011       school year (those who attend Early Childhood Center- will be administered at the school in Spring          2010).  Allow 30 minutes for administration of the inventory.

Movie & Craft at Hayner Library

Alton Square Location

Eunice Smith students are invited to Hayner Library

at the mall for some after-school fun including a movie, craft and popcorn.  The remaining dates for

the 2009-2010 school year are Tuesdays, April 13

and May 11 at 5:30 pm.  Space is limited.
